I believe you both have committed to being at each session - that is great - it strikes me as really tough to have students coming to each session and not have the core alums there. We will have to figure out a way to get Boston folks into this ASAP so that they can fill that niche should you all have scheduling issues.

Austin: Alum that are providing input need to be there for the entire set of sessions - could feel disheartening if they come and go. or at least it should be prefaced.
