As you mentioned there was really a lack of understanding on organizing among the students. I found they weren't resourceful, didn't know why they were doing their projects other than for fun and didn't have a clear vision or goal. My immediate preference would be to take a few steps backwards and approach this as a class to get them to understand how to do a project rather than a business (of course projects as such have business elements) but they are just beginning to see themselves as adults capable of putting together initiatives and its in that light that I think we were a few steps ahead of them when we spoke. They aren't sure themselves whether they should or can organize something much less a business or social venture.

i don't think all of them thought of their projects as businesses, but maybe i'm wrong. There certainly are some students that have big aspirations (potential monetization), so I personally think framing this in the sense as something more than just a project with no stakes on the line is valuable to them.

Austin, what exactly would you like to see here?

We have good FAQ but maybe we need coverage of course outlined by objective, time requirements, resources etc. in simple table for reference

Each class needs one headline focus and the schedule can go on the site. (if we have that, just need to highlight). Will help with mentor recruitment and topical awareness for the kids
