Show more detailled information for the generic "Deployment Error" errors in the divio control frontend #45

Often, the problem is somewhere in the project
the idea of this ticket is to collect such occurrences and identify causes and list them below
Divio tech team can catch these and make the frontend UI show specific error messages

Possible identified causes checklist

for divio tech team to tick off once exception passed to the frontend

[ ] services are not properly attached to the project
[ ] Divio deploy key write access was disabled in gitlab.com or github.com (needs to be enabled)
[ ] just after project setup (seconds, minutes?) - maybe something is still being done in the background just after project setup or the code from an external repo is not synced yet. (Wait a couple of minutes and retry.)
