When quick themes are active, the default !qt command should show the current (and next) theme.
The current help text that is shown isn't very helpful after qt has started.
Below is an example of a reoccurring interaction with MG.

To start a quick themes session use !qt start. To end use !qt stop. For details of current & on-deck theme use !qt current.

Make !qt behave like !qt current when qt is active.
Make !qt behave like !qt help when qt is inactive. (current behaviour)
