When quick themes are active, the default !qt command should show the current (and next) theme. The current help text that is shown isn't very helpful after qt has started. Below is an example of a reoccurring interaction with MG.

ABC !qt Miss Groupie To start a quick themes session use !qt start. To end use !qt stop. For details of current & on-deck theme use !qt current. ABC !qt current Miss Groupie The current theme is In the Garden. The following round will be Waste 🚂 Leader is @ABC, 🚃 caboose is @XYZ

My suggestion:

Add !qt help to show the help message. Make !qt behave like !qt current when qt is active. Make !qt behave like !qt help when qt is inactive. (current behaviour)
