Backport changes from 18.1 to 17.1 #29

I'd like to use LOS 17.1 with the XZ1C due to e.g. the stock camera. So I checked the commits from the 18.1 branch and reverted those which do not apply to 17.1 as they are 11 specific.

This goes together with https://github.com/whatawurst/android_device_sony_yoshino-common/pull/42 and https://github.com/whatawurst/android_vendor_sony_lilac/pull/15 which should work. I'm currently building this but if you could have a look if all looks sane and tell me if you are interested in merging this it would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: Build succeeded. Test on device successfully running for weeks

For same reason as @Flamefire mentioned, I'd like to use 17.1 too. @derfelot, @cryptomilk: Could you please review this request and if review okay, could you merge this into lineage-17.1? Thx in advance :-)

FWIW: I'm porting more and more into my forks into the 17.1 branches so you could use my manifest instead or checkout my branches manually. See https://github.com/Flamefire/android_device_sony_lilac

As usual: No guarantees, it happens to work for me and I hope it works for others as well ;)

Using my clones for the 17.1 builds now. Hence closing. Tracking the 18.1 changes there, so keep up the great work!
