Did you mean to do this for the 20 branch? Besides the fact that there is a lot more in here than just USB fixes, there is already a PR open for fixing it for 20 (as you pointed out).

Woops sorry, That was meant for my 17.1 branch but must was a bit in a hurry and must have missed that it didn't change the target for that one (done over 20 PRs with backports for different parts to 3 different branches)
