generated html summarising video files are poor; needs fixing

prelim use of Exiv2 for this isnt working and left out; also, standard F26 build of exiv2 disables video support.

use ffmpeg's libavformat to extract this.

ImgData will need to be cleaned up and abstracted with subclasses for images and video
ImgExifParser abstracted, with new ImgAVFmtParser to handle video files
