[BUG] Latest release links to a hidden repo #147

Describe the bug: 0.18's release page links to a repo (seen here) that is seemingly hidden or non-existent.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Look at page
  2. Follow link to where binaries will be
  3. Github 404

Expected behavior: Link leads to a repository visible to users, or the removal of the link.

Real behavior: Github 404
