Update Readme #279

Readme can be updated with details of mentors,admins,slack channels and details of gssoc. Please assign me this issue.

@Sapna2001 I don't think details mentors,admins,etc etc is needed in readme. Mentors are permanent for the project. This is a normal project as other are there on GitHub. It is just a part of GSSOC20
