Get online status of a user who has turned it off #380

Is there any way to get the last online status of a person who has turned 'last seen' off? It would be a really great feature if this could be done.

I think it will not be possible if last seen if off by the person. This will be only possible if we are running scripts for all the persons and the scripts should be running all the time at some platform.
