Display nearest dry skate spots

As a user of the site I want to look up dry skate spots that are near me to do a skate session in good conditions.

Workflow:

• User enters the feature landing page
• (he accepts or has accepted the location request)
• service scrapes skate spots from external service (ridemypark?)
  • included information: Distance (foot/car/public transport), dry Window (from till)
• return most optimal locations (nearest/longest dry window)
