What is the issue with the Console Standard?

I have completed the translation of the Console specification into Simplified Chinese (简体中文). Here is the link to the translated document:

It would be helpful for international users if this link could be added to the official documentation or the README.

Happy to consider this, certainly. Would you mind making a PR that links to the translation, like we do for the Japanese version?
