Update implementation status in Edge #150

The implementation status changed regarding Edge from Under Consideration => Preview Release. Removing IE as it is not supported.

I believe script[type=module] is what is behind a flag, not any Loader stuff.

Okay. I was confused as Implementation Status linked to the MS dev page where it is marked as Preview Release

It's not this loader though; it's the <script type="module"> loader.

You are right @domenic – #152 helps a lot. Thanks @nolanlawson for re-clarifying implementation status on Edge. I think this PR can be closed then.
