Fixes #1: switch to ecmarkup

@domenic I think we are ready to merge this. We can add snapshots if needed.

As for fixing typos and other algo related stuff, we can do it in another PR that will require extensive review from @dherman.

Cool, you got the styling issue you mentioned in person figured out?

@domenic yes, as you predicted, there were few inline styles that were not ported into the loader doc from streams. We are good now.
