Redirect www. subdomains of all whatwg.org domains #136

Due to the way DreamHost handles domains, lists.whatwg.org was also accessible through www.lists.whatwg.org. It seems that these old www. variants are out there in the wild, so we should probably redirect them too.

It seems this would require a new certificate so that might be a bit of a hassle.

I went ahead and search http archive for r'www[a-z.]*whatwg\.org' but only found www.whatwg.org. I don't doubt that other www-prefixed URLs exist somewhere, but do we have an example of www.lists.whatwg.org specifically?

Solving this would be similar to https://github.com/whatwg/misc-server/issues/16.

The first result of https://duckduckgo.com/?q=dear+mr+hickson+whatwg+canvas+apple is https://www.lists.whatwg.org/pipermail/whatwg-whatwg.org/2007-March/010129.html. I've no idea how that happened, but it's there.

I guess it is similar to the specs alias, although I'm not sure if we want to support this for future domains (including perhaps the specs alias). This would purely be to make some old domains continue to work in the off chance they are indexed somewhere.
