Update Akamai contact #45

Hi! Updating the Akamai contact information here.

Wasn't sure if anything else should be updated, e.g. signature: {} area?

I think the signature should remain the same to reflect when it was signed. If all other information remains the same this looks good.

I filed #46 to clarify what fields are eligible for changes.
