Update the SG representative for Mozilla from me to @annevk.

Thank you for our time together on the SG, @dbaron, I'm sad to see you go! Nevertheless, welcome @annevk, looking forward to waiting for legal input together ;)

I'll go ahead and merge this without waiting for review from @travisleithead, the review here is mostly a formality since it's Mozilla that gets to decide who their SG rep is.
