• File System is most likely fine, one SG rep will clarify internally by next week.
• We addressed a Code of Conduct report.

Comment from the reporter: the SG denied to address the Code of Conduct report due to conflict of interest: the report involves the lead editor of the HTML standard with whom Anne has worked in close cooperation for years on the HTML standard. Closing the report, repeatedly, despite the victim's disagreement is a failure to follow proper procedure.

Is there any summary written up?

E.g.:

• how it was addressed
• what the consequences are (also maybe in handling such processes in the future)
• which people were involved (gender diversity of people involved)
• a written protocol maybe
• possible disclaimers for COI

I think such a process should be made as transparent as possible, so the community around can be assured that the neutral people (e.g. mediators, moderators) involved are able to handle such complex conflicts with a positive outcome and in a sustainable way.
