Ubuntu troubleshooting #20

@ritsyy wrote a bit about installing Wattsi on Ubuntu: https://richarupela.wordpress.com/2016/01/26/outreachy-mid-term/. We might want to incorporate some of that into the README.

That helped actually. Having build.sh check the version of fpc would be helpful actually. The main issue here was that I didn't realise the version requirement would be a problem so I kind of ignored it until I saw this crazy error message.
