Still problems with rescued secuity men. #21

When I got the extra men at the wrecked ship, I got 1 extra redshirt when I
already had a full stash, he showed up as dead.  When I moved to the next
planet he came alive.  When he died he got promoted to a veteran.  When I
docked at the star base he disappeared.  Yikes!
