Charged for fuel when full #27

In 1.17a have discovered that if I have a fuel tank in a weapon turret and
select the 'fill fuel and ammo bins' option, I am charged 50 credits even
if my fuel is full.

Ooops... they emptied the extra fuel tank(s) before refilling. Thanks!
