Planets with null atmosphere (and 0 everything else) with lots of blank terrain

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Explore lots of planets!
2. See the attached save (is on one of these worlds)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A world with stats (not blank/zero) & all terrain shown (not many blank
squares*)
*These seem to contain actual terrain (at least sometimes, common in the
save as the meteors make lots of invisible mountains) and if you have your
ship on one it does not display. You also get some squares that output 'you
cannot get any biodata from a dead .", abortive creature that 'died' on
generation?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.7a - Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.
