Visual Range - night & day #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Explore a world during night and day
2. With a Visability of 6 (never changes on the screen) you get that during
the NIGHT and a much reduced (~2-3?) during the day

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Inverted day night visibility.
I think you may have swapped the Night/Day cycle somewhere, I can't see any
real case where day would have less visibility than night.
(much better in day and worse at night, going in a continuum to equal (or
almost) during both seems ok but not the extreme reverse!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.8

The thing is they turn off lamps during the day. Even if it is obviously dark
enough
for them to be of use.
Why didnt the nonsensicality of this strike me before?
