Going 'back' through entrances #44

This is an enhancement request for the usability of entrances.
Currently when you enter a square with an entrance it asks you if you want
to enter it, but once you are on the other side (or if you said no
originally) you have to move off and back onto the square to get the prompt
again. This can be fatal as you have to -

a) move onto an open square (If there is one!) and back (2 turns of hits
against you)

b) The entrance square might now contain one of you enemies & therefore
blocked (fatal, if you cannot kill that creature or lure it off of the square)

This does not make much sense as if you are already on the entrance why
should you not be able to use it (using 1 turn and the hits that might cause).
I propose that the 'I'nspect command give you the prompt again if you are
on the entrance, this would not be a full get out of jail card as you would
still get attacked for 1 turn, but would let you escape no win end of game
situations. (If you think about it!)

Oh and completely off topic... Prospector was great before but now its 
playability &
interesting situations have increase many fold!

Monsters blocking the stairs is of course not a break with roguelike traditons. 
I'll
sleep over that one i guess.

Doh, I just didn't even think about that, I use it all the time in crawl!
But I did look in the '?' screen/readme and I can't see it. (or in the 
keybindings)

And monster blocking the exit is quite allowable imo, since you don't actually

I take back the documented thing.... 
Its key_portal
It is obviously not in keybindings, and therefore if you don't add it, the game 
uses
the default >
...
So, yes. How would you know that? 
I could have sworn i added that one to the documentation too. Ah well. My 
current
guesstimate for a 0.1.8a is tomorrow, including updated documentation.
