Improved Fuel system #46

I have picked up an Improved fuel system on a planet and I can't see it
anywhere, on the '@' screen or the either or of the planetary/space side
panels.
This means I can't see if I actually have it and I have not idea what it
does (not extra capacity I just check that, maybe actual fuel efficiency ;))

Hmm, after wandering a bit on the starmap it seems that I'm only using 1 fuel 
every 2
moves so if I'm remembering the normal fuel use correctly it is working :)

:) No problem at all!
It would be nice (at some far future point ;)) to be able to list all the 
upgrades
you can't currently see.
