Jetpack fuel problems #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Using a jetpack, the first mountain you walk onto will give you one message
that your fuel is low and one that your fuel is very low.  Buying an aux
jetpack tank increases your max fuel from 25 to 50 but buying more tanks
does nothing and the same problem happens when you walk onto your first
mountain after landing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the low fuel message to be displayed when you get to half your
max fuel or so and the very low fuel to display at a quarter, but they both
display, one right after the other, when only 1 fuel has been used.  I'd
expect each aux tank to increase your max fuel by 25 or whatever number. 
That's how the oxygen tanks work, right?  It seems as though then number of
fuel tanks you have doesn't change anything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Yes, some stuff was wrong there. Thanks for pointing it out. 0.1.8c should get
released tomorrow and this thing will be fixed.
