Stranded ships and towing #56

Towing stranded ships will only change their distance from the nearest
station and change the amount of fuel they buy from you.  This can be used
to get more money out of them, but that may not be a problem because it can
also break your tractor beam.  Towing them to a station doesn't provide a
reward like towing an alien probe to a station does.  When the ship is on
top of the station, pressing d will dock you with the station, then dock
you with the ship when you exit the station.  When they are on top of the
station and you sell fuel to them they buy 0 credits worth of fuel.
When you tow them to a station they should give you some money.  When you
tow them a certain distance farther from a station they should become
hostile or something like that.  If you get a reward and they disappear
when you tow them to a station, then there wouldn't be a problem with
docking or with them buying 0 credits of fuel.

When towing, if you have more than 1 tractor beam and the one you're using
breaks down, you have to wait a turn before you can tow again. Trying to
tow in the turn after the first tractor beam breaks down will display the
message that you have no tractor beams.
