Amphibium should be "Amphibian"; New space-station screen is slow #6

The creature type "Amphibium" should be "Amphibian". While it's neat that
the space station enter bug has been fixed, the fix appears to make the
menu slower.

I am a fool.
The reason for the double tripple entries was that returns used to go on 
remained in
the keybuffer. (and triggered the subsequent menu)
Now while trying to make a function that would wait for a key and clear it from 
the
buffer afterwards i resorted to some ugly "sleep for a bit here and there 
hacks" ... 
And right now i realized that one of the things my main input function does is 
...
wait for a key and clear it from the queue.
