Error When Buying Ship Sensors #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Purchase ECM-I or ECM-II
2. Try to purchase either one again
3. Shows "ERROR: attempted to destroy nonexistent item -1"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game still works correctly, but it shows error message.

Please provide any additional information below.
You are able to buy as many Navigational Computers or Ship Detectors as you
want. I believe this is a bug, because you only need one of them and it
should be treated in the same way as sensor Mki-v and ECM-I/II

Totally makes no sense that it's different with Nav comps and ship detectors. 
Will be
fixed with 0.1.8d
