Doc has amnesia -- thinks he's a security officer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get your level 2 doctor killed in one hit
2. But wait!  He lives!  Sorta...
3. Except now he shows up as a security guy on planet, but still appears as
a Doctor in the Away-Team screen (a)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect you to die, Dr. Green!  Wait--this isn't some absurd sort of plot
device, is it?  Where the Doc pulls his fake mustache off and announces
that he faked his own death in order to catch his sister's murderer...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

No, it was a misunderstanding with the natives on a planet in that system 
(although
we eventually agreed to disagree...for now.)

Looking at this again, I'm wondering if Dr. Green is not actually a doctor.  
Perhaps
he really is a security officer who likes to play a doctor on TV.  I admit that 
I go
through so many doctors that I can't keep track of them all.  Looking at the 
ship
screen (@), it clearly shows a lack of medical expertise.  Perhaps it's just an 
Away
Team screen thing?  Which begs the question--what did we do with the body?
