Unable to land on fuel platform

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the attached save
2. scan the orbit 1 gas giant
3. when you get the prompt to land on the platform hit 'y', and nothing
happens (not even the prompt to refuel your ship, unless you hit 'n')*

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Landing on the platform :)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.9

Please provide any additional information below.
* it is also interesting to note that the gas giant is also acting like a
asteroid belt in some circumstances, asking if you want to grab an asteroid.
Not sure if this is intentional (a gas giant can have some debris orbiting it!)
Also on occasion you don't even get a prompt for anything (roids, platform
or refueling)! Just a 'nothing remarkable' message.
