Hey, got this error file after I died in my last game. Not sure what caused it.

Thanks for the report.
Did you move/delete tiles.bmp? The game needs it, it gets it's colors from 
there.
(And will throw an error if it cant find it where it is expecting it.)
The other one is ... mysterious.

Actually I think I know what caused the other error. In one game my Captain was
killed while fighting aliens and after he died we managed to leave the planet. I
checked to see if maybe he was just unconscious but no, he was dead, my crew 
then got
attacked by aliens and died. Days later I saw that I had a saved game and upon
loading it I was back with my Captain-less crew. Maybe that was the cause of 
the error.
