Custom Huge Hull @ Shipyard Planet Doesn't Work #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit planet with shipyard and make a custom hull.
2. Try to purchase, seems too cheap, will be able to buy but...
3. The hull you end up having bottom stats

It may be the same problem for all hull sizes at any shipyard but this is the 
example that I had tried.

It doesn't appear to prompt the player properly to name the hull either. This 
was in 2.2b, have not yet tried in the c version that was just released today.
