Negative credits in retirement treated as highest score. #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a game
2. Fail miserably
3. Retire with credits below zero

The game informs me that I retired filthy rich from a successful career as a 
prospector. I thought this was funny, not a big deal but probably something to 
fix (if you didn't already fix it in 2.2c)
