Halucenations and the lazy captain #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a planet that causes halucenations
2. Your captain comes down with them
3. return to your ship for oxygen
4. Captain is forcibly removed from away team cause hes "sick" even though he
will recover in a few steps if he stayed out
5. Launch, captain gets better in SPAAAAACE.
6. captain cannot be re-added to away team it says "captain must stay in away
team" even though he is in "on ship" status.
7. captain is PERMANENTLY off your away team, there is no way I have found to
get him off his butt and back to work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Captain is either automatically set to away team when he recovers, or allow
make it a manual thing but dissalow away teams to be sent out when the captain
is "sick, and on ship".

other oddities this causes
* you can remove all members but a single security guy from the away team...
send the poor sod out into the world... he dies while everyone else is safe on
your ship, and the game ends that everyone's bones are being picked clean... a
little over-dramatic maybe?

* you can remove EVERYONE from the away team, and land on a planet, but you are
instantly back in space and the pilot gets the xp credit for the landing. so
you can sit there and spam him into a higher skill level very quickly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.2c, Windows 7 Premium (64 bit)

I can confirm this bug. Another issue that comes up on the planet I've found
with hallucinations is that after I land on the planet some members of the crew
comment about something, but their comments are displayed as garbled symbols
and letters.
