Exp Crash #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Have rookie(Science or Doctor) with >200 exp. 
2. Dock to the station.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Spacestation menu, have crash instead when my crew try to levelup.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rlprospector 0.2.3
Please provide any additional information below.
Errorlog:
0.2.3 Error #6 in  466:LEVELUP crew.bas
P.S.
On 11th time it didn't crashed. Maybe buggy skill?
P.S.S.
Crashed later when i tried to train my crew in bar.

I think this issue is actually a high priority one because it makes it pretty 
much impossible to have a long lasting game, it crashes on leveling somebody 
(unsure who), and once you've played for about half of what ive played itll 
crash 60% the time you enter a station cause of it trying to level that guy and 
now that ive played very long, the buggy guy is the only guy that WILL attempt 
to level, making it crash every time i enter a space station.
