XP gains for landing/scanning go to positions 2 and 4 in the crew list (even when not occupied by pilot/SO) #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a new game.
2. Wander around scanning and landing on planets, then write down XP.
3. Fire second crewmember, repeat step 2, and compare results.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Prospector 0.2.3 Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

For those events gainxp(2) and gainxp(4) are called in prospector.bas. They 
seem to grant xp to crewmembers at slots 2 and 4, not to best pilot or 
researchers.
