Re-enable custom cell barcode support #235

Commit 6872d8803eebd5fd85d16370036aeb2a69942b22 disabled this feature due to vatrix lacking support for non-"CB" cell barcodes but according to the vatrix documentation, the bam-tag parameter allows just that.

Note that this is untested. I am happy to assist further, if required.
