Correct "GitHub to "Git" for CLI topics title #147

Using "GitHub" suggestions command line with the platform. This corrects the misunderstanding by clearly identifying this section as Git-specific.

Looks good to me so I'll merge it.

One thing to note is that this is the instructor-lead course. We took care of this in the self-serve course a while ago, so it isn't going out to students like this.
