Add more info on GitHub features not covered in the course. #167

I see that GitHub has features beyond what is taught. For instance, I see a button for a wiki page but no mention of it in the course. Who is the wiki page for, how is it created and used, when should it be used, why is it provided? It would be great if the course could include an overview of the additional features in GitHub.
