Forum registration error #3

Trying to register on https://www.prxbx.com/forums/member.php makes the browser throw a Content Encoding Error preventing new user registration. The error occurs on clicking "I Agree" at https://www.prxbx.com/forums/member.php?action=register

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Tested with the latest Firefox, IE and Chrome.
