[x] Can you snapshot an extra 5% haste with T6 2pc, with manual refreshes, or Cut to the Chase refreshes? Nope!

Thanks to Ram for confirming, on 6/24, ver 3.4.0.44301, that you can indeed cast a Slice and Dice with 2pc T6 for extra haste, take off the gear, and then cast Envenom with Cut to the Chase to refresh the extra-hasted-Slice and Dice. You cannot manually refresh a snapshotted T6 Slice and Dice this way - you get "A more powerful spell" error - only Cut to the Chase can refresh it. Video replay

In a patch long ago, this snapshotting feature was removed. I'm not sure when exactly, but I can say that on 10/19, game ver. 3.4.0.46158, casting Envenom with Cut to the Chase talented lowers your haste from Slice down to match your expected haste from your current gear. You can still build a long +5% haste Slice and carry that into a fight, but it cannot be rolled through the entire encounter.
