• [x] Can you force proc it, like the good old days? Nope!

Did some testing today

• Not raid wide, only your group gets it
• Does not stack with multiple squawks, it will overwrite the previous squawk
• Cannot force proc it
• Tested and confirm that it stacks with slice and dice and haste pot, those were the only buffs I had at my disposal
• Confirmed that it still gives a 5% attack speed bonus at 80
