• [ ] Does Feint Rank 8 reduce threat by the expected 2162 * 1-0.29 = 1535?

• [x] How does Feint interact with Tricks of the Trade? Can you remove threat from someone? Yup you sure can, casting Feint simply generates a negative amount of threat, and that negative amount can be transferred through Tricks, just like positive threat is.

A simple test on 3/15, game ver 3.4.1.48503 (PTR), confirmed that negative threat from Feint can be transferred with Tricks.

Relying on the in-game threat API, provided into the Details Tiny Threat, you can cast Tricks on a target and then cast Feint, and watch their threat go down.

Vanish seemed to have no effect at a glance.
