Longform tests on 8/3 and 8/5, game ver 3.4.0.44930, resulted in a level 80 PPM of 0.63 - 0.82 at 95% confidence, after 230 procs from 7322 attacks of two 2.6 speed weapons. This lines up with the expected 0.66pm, two-thirds of the proc rate at 70, scaling like many proc effects.

Mongoose Enchant This enchant has been changed from TBC to give 30 haste rating, roughly the same 2% at level 70 but only roughly 1% at level 80.
