Rough tests found all these physical damage reduction multipliers to be multiplicative, with a template 80 rogue having roughly 24% physical damage reduction with all 3 effects active. Given that Inspiration (10% physical damage reduction) and the 3% physical mitigation (Renewed Hope, Sanctuary, etc) are known to multiplicatively stack, I'm confident that generally, physical mitigation multipliers stack multiplicatively.
