Thanks to Ram for confirming that Rupture critical ticks do not proc Focused Attacks, on 6/24, ver 3.4.0.44301
A quick test on 1/20, game ver 3.4.1.47720, confirms Rupture works like most other DoTs when refreshed - the time to next tick is reset upon application, meaning you "lose" a partial Rupture tick that you clipped before it go off.
In this image you'd expect a Rupture tick at 9 seconds, but due to my overwrite at 8 seconds, the next tick deals damage at 10 seconds.
