browser-sdk: add attributes for emojiskintone and reactions

Description

Summary:

Added attributes to the embed element to allow disabling of reactions and changing the skintone of emoji reactions. I also sorted the list of observed attributes to be in alphabetical order similar to other lists of attributes in our codebase

All testing was performed in storybook by adding these attributes to the embed-element
