ipad doesnt produce ring sound when incomming call is recieved #488

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. gv placed call routed to sipgate incomming
2. Placed call from cell phone to google voice to sipgate
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ring noise. Occational spotlight missed call not consistantly though 1out of 5 
times spotlight worked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.9.2 siphon no other siphon version ever installed on ipad prior using cydia 
new repo for siphon

Wifi only Ipad 16gb
Please provide any additional information below.

Running 4.2.1 on ipad. Using google voice free ipad app. Have to place about 
5 phone calls every time I freshly open the siphon app on ipad to hear other 
party speaking, seems to be working everytime after that. Spotlight 
notification failing more frequently now also disabled linksys pap2 to ensure 
it was not causing a conflicting issue with no apparent success.

I released a new version 3.9.5
It should fix this issue.
If not, we will reopen it.
