Only create a symbolic link to the hidraw for the Fn keys #12

I figured out how to use ENV in 99-kfreestyle2d.rules so a symbolic link is only created for the second device. Thank you for creating this driver.

Sweet! This looks good. I just need to dig out my kinesis board and test it. I can probably do that in the next day or so.
